In my quest to squeeze 4 months of workouts into 2 weeks, I will make a rare 5:30 appearance. My week has been something like this:
Monday: XFit in the AM, run in the evening, extra core work
Tues: XFit in the AM, run in the evening, extra core work
Wed: XFit in the AM, extra core work PM (easy day!)
Thurs: XFit in the AM, run in the evening, extra core work
Fri: Skate ski for so long my legs failed in the AM, XFit in the evening
I'm wiped. BRING IT ON!
