SALT LAKE CITY CROSSFIT ON-RAMP PROGRAM

The on-ramp program is your point of entry to the regular group workouts. It's a 9 session introduction to the philosophy and fundamental skills of Crossfit. You will attend a 1 hour session, 3 days a week for 3 weeks. During this time you will learn the techniques and mechanics of the fundamental movements, and we will ramp up the intensity over the course of the sessions. Everyday you will learn new movements and skills that will build from relatively non-technical to progressively more technical. There will be a workout at the end of every session that will get progressively more challenging. The difficulty of the workouts is up to you...we want to ramp you up to the level of intensity that is inherent in our group classes. Not only will we cover all the movements, but we will go over basic nutrition, warm-ups, cool downs and proper workout recovery. E-mail us for the next available start date for the On-Ramp program.

I'm excited about crossfit and am trying to figure out what I need to get started.
How much is the 12-week ramp up session?
The answer is probably right here in front of me but I'm not seeing it- a little help, please!

Hey, i'm looking forward to starting crossfit.
I previously stopped by on a saturday morning free session to try and get things started but no one was there.
When does your next ramp up session begin? And what is the cost and hours of the program?

I have the same questions above...when does the next ramp up start, and how much is it. If you have anymore info on schedules as well that would be great. I'm a grad student up at the U and want to make sure it will coordinate well. Thanks so much, this looks pretty rad.

My husband and I are currently members of CrossFit the Club in Ogden. We will be moving to Salt Lake within the next month or so, and we are considering joining your affiliate. Is it possible for us to try a WOD some night? Email me, and we can set something up.

Hello-
I am interested in training with you. Can you tell me when the next on-ramp program begins and what the cost is? Also, I have some experience with CrossFit and many of the fundamental movements of CrossFit; is there an option of a skills test to get started in place of the on-ramp.
